Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your current period.
Strict No-Refund Policy: To prevent "content poaching," Brypto maintains a strict no-refund policy for all digital subscriptions, regardless of usage, except where mandated by local law.
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy.
All materials provided—including proprietary indicators, PDF guides, video lessons, and Discord messages—are the exclusive property of Brypto.
Individual License: Your membership grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal use.
Prohibited Actions: You may not record, screenshot, "leak," or resell Brypto content.
Penalty: Violation of this clause will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund and potential legal action for copyright infringement.
5. Community Conduct & Discord RulesTo maintain a productive environment, you agree to the following:
No Solicitation: You may not DM members to sell services, "shill" low-cap coins, or promote other communities.
Respectful Interaction: Harassment, hate speech, or "toxic" behavior toward staff or members will not be tolerated.
No Impersonation: You may not impersonate Brypto staff or other members.
6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Brypto and its operators shall not be liable for:
Financial Loss: Any loss of capital resulting from following community "calls" or analysis.
Technical Failures: Service interruptions, Discord outages, or API errors.
